your Internet connection
If you're having trouble connecting to the Internet or viewing
Web pages after installing ZoneAlarm Pro, try these troubleshooting steps.
- Determine whether the problem involves ZoneAlarm Pro. How?
- Make sure your browser has access permission and server permission. How?
- Make sure ZoneAlarm Pro isn't blocking all servers. How?
- Make sure ZoneAlarm Pro isn't blocking your ISP's servers. How?
- If you're connecting through a proxy server, add the proxy server to the
Trusted Zone. How?
If you still cannot connect after doing all of the above, please
